Last weekend

I did the following:

• Drove for 2.5 hours through the suburbs
• was accidentally kicked in the nose (nose may be broken-again)
• sprained my wrist
• poured hot wax from a pumpkin scented candle into my boyfriend's lap

• saw The Exorcist (something I never thought I would ever be able to actually sit through--and I still wasn't sure I would be able to sit through it because of the enormous amount of diet coke I consumed)
• Met a dog named Skeeter
• finally saw Drunken Master after seeing the second one long ago
• Spent 2 nights in Rockford, IL
• watched approximately 2 hours of Perfect Dark without ever playing
• attended an excellent backyard bonfire
• and the best thing I did this weekend was to go see my friend in Rockford's art show, which went very well for her
• Won a Presidential Furby at the movie theatre
