bad news at work:
my boss and i had one of those little "closed door chats" about my contract yesterday.
she said she wants to renew my contract for another year (good...), she said she wants to give me better benefits (gooood......) she said because i'm getting better benefits, that i'm not getting higher pay, because SHE didn't include both in the budget (BAD! BAD! BAD!)
